Junior Marketing Coordinator
About Optio
Optio Incentives builds software that makes employee equity and incentive programs simple to manage. Founded in Norway and now working with companies across the world, we’re growing fast and building a brand that more and more finance and people teams recognize. You’d be joining a small, distributed team where your work is visible from day one.
The role
We’re looking for a part-time Junior Marketing Coordinator to keep our marketing engine running day-to-day. This is a hands-on execution role, ideal for a marketing student who wants real responsibility in a fast-moving fintech and a portfolio of work to show for it. You won’t be setting strategy, but you’ll be the one making sure the right things go out, on time and on brand.
What you’ll do
• Plan, build, schedule and publish content across our social channels
• Coordinate and support our podcast — scheduling, episode prep, publishing, and promotion
• Repurpose existing material (webinars, blog posts, events) into social-ready content
• Keep our content calendar organized and up to date
• Track basic performance (engagement, reach, follower growth) and flag what’s working
• Support ad-hoc campaigns, events and launches as they come up
What we’re looking for
• Currently studying marketing, communications, or a related field
• Comfortable and confident on LinkedIn; you understand what makes B2B content land
• Strong verbal and written communication in English (Norwegian is a plus, not a requirement)
• Organized and reliable — you follow through without being chased
• Curious about fintech, SaaS, or the world of equity and compensation (you don’t need prior knowledge, just interest)
What we offer
• Real ownership of a visible part of our marketing from day one
• A flexible, part-time setup built around your studies
• A friendly, international team that takes its work seriously and itself less so
