As a Developer at Optio, you will work in a tech-focused company, alongside other skilled developers where the camaraderie and knowledge exchange is part of the daily work. At Optio, we are driven and ambitious, but we always make sure to celebrate every new milstone together as a team, and we have fun along the way. We are now looking for more developers to join our talented Tech team.

We are looking for talented developers who

• You’re a recent graduate looking to kickstart your career
• Would like to take part of a cross functional team, and be open to mentoring by our senior developers.
• Want to work on real projects from day 1
• Can demonstrate the ability to write great code in any commonly used programming language. We use Typescript, Deno/Node.js and PostgreSQL.
• Have experience with databases , and are able to write good queries.

• Help developing our solution by writing quality code
• Take part in designing new solutions, and improving existing functionality
• Be curious and take responsiblity for growing yourself and your team.
• Contribute through smart technology choices to make Optio Incentives the preferred solution in share pay in Europe
