The role 🎯
Customer Success is the key to ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes. As a Customer Success Associate, you will play a vital role in customer onboarding and support, ensuring their success with our software. We are seeking a passionate individual who loves advocating for customers and is committed to delivering impeccable service. Your strong work ethic, communication skills, and ability to work independently and collaboratively are crucial to excelling in this position. Here is a small taste of what you'll be doing; 

• Master the ins and outs of equity-based compensation and help clients manage their programs.

• Work closely with clients to ensure they get the most out of our platform.

• Analyze data, track results, and optimize processes for maximum efficiency.

• Collaborate with internal teams to help shape our product and improve the customer journey.

• Build lasting relationships with companies, from dynamic startups to established industry leaders.

Who we’re looking for 💡

• Are a recent graduate eager to take on real responsibility.

• Have an interest in finance, business, or customer success (bonus points if you’ve got some experience!).

• Thrive in a collaborative team environment but can also work independently when needed.

• Are fluent in English (additional languages are a plus!) and live in or near Oslo.

• Love tech, enjoy problem-solving, and have a “can-do” attitude.
