Responsibilities
At Optio, you will have a varied working day in a fast-paced environment with committed employees. You will have the opportunity to further develop your skills in the fields you are most comfortable with, and great freedom to shape your own future. As part of our team, you will work with:
- Assisting our clients (from start-ups to large listed companies) with designing and administrating equity-based compensation plans
- Analyzing and implementing data
- Creating and maintaining good relations with clients
- Valuating options and other financial derivatives
- Cost reporting in accordance with IFRS-2
- Close collaboration with our other departments (marketing, sales, tech, design) to further develop our product and automating processes
Qualifications
We are looking for responsible and ambitious graduates to strengthen our
International Operations department in a full-time position. There are
also opportunities to work part-time until you finish your studies. We are looking for you who have all or most of the following:
- Higher education in economics/finance (preferably MSc in Business or similar, BSc students with a strong academic record will be considered)
- Works well independently and in collaboration with others
- Open to travel abroad for meetings and training at our European offices
- Advanced in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Knowledge and experience in Python or similar programs is a plus
- Lives in Oslo or the surrounding area
- Great written and verbal communication skills in English and Norwegian (other European languages is a plus)
- Takes responsibility for your work tasks with good implementation skills
