Optio is a Fintech company with offices in Oslo (HQ), Sweden, Denmark, and Germany (and soon more countries). With help from our internal finance experts we develop software to simplify all aspects of our clients' employee equity programs, meaning option programs, share programs, and much more. Today we work with some of Europe’s most exciting scaleups like Easee, Tibber, Oda, Kahoot and Northvolt, along with established enterprises like Telia, Bang & Olufson, Tryg and many more! About the role ☕
In the role as SDR with Optio you will be a key player in the company’s future plans. You will have the opportunity to shape your role over time. You will be reporting directly to the SDR manager and be a critical factor to the success of our French entity. The goal of your role is to lay the foundation for Optio’s commercial development in France by creating leads and working closely with the Account Executive. You will be mapping and following the market development, updating prospecting lists with relevant info and initiating the dialogue with prospects for qualification and booking of meetings. You will be working extensively with CRM tools and Marketing Automation and have opportunities to travel and work from our other offices in Europe 🚀
Job responsibilities ☀
- Track the market and continuously stay up to date on news regarding relevant contacts and companies
- Ensure prospecting lists are always updated and of high quality
- Initiate contact with new prospects through phone, email, and LinkedIn and qualify both incoming and outbound leads
- Set up automated market activities and analyze the effects of these activities
- Create content used for commercial and market purposes
- Explore new tools that can simplify and automate your daily tasks
- Work closely with colleagues in other offices and markets
What we look for 🤩
- You have minimum of a bachelor’s degree or similar within a relevant field
- You live in the Paris area and have great communication skills in both French and English
- You are analytical and structured with big data sets, but also able to think and react quickly when needed
- You enjoy a challenge and will be persistent in the face of adversity
- You are coachable and enjoy working with and learning from colleagues
