Responsibilities

• Make employee ownership easier for companies and employees
• Contribute through smart technology choices to make Optio Incentives the preferred solution in share pay in Europe
• Further develop and operate Europe's best SaaS service for employee ownership

Qualifications

To solve these tasks, we believe you have a minimum of 1-2 years of experience in the development and further development of self-service solutions, using the following technologies:

• Backend (node)
  • Need to have:
    • js
    • PostgreSQL
    • Typescript
    • REST

It might be beneficial to also have experience with:

• Prisma
• Elastic Search
• Functional programming and/or Dependency injection
• GCP
• Fastify, Express, Hapi.js or similar http framework
• Other runtimes, like Java/Kotlin++
• Gitlab or similar
• CD / CI
• Queue / Pub sub
• Feature toggles
