Responsibilities

We are looking for responsible and ambitious graduates to strengthen our Operations department in a full-time position. There are also opportunities to work part-time until you finish your studies.

At Optio, you will have a varied working day in a fast-paced environment with committed employees. You will have the opportunity to further develop your skills in the fields you are most comfortable with, and great freedom to shape your own future. As part of our team you will:

• Assist our customers (everything from start-ups to large listed companies) with the administration of equity-based compensation and the design of incentive programs
• Analyzing and importing data
• Create and maintain good customer relations
• Become an expert on equity-based pay
• Cost reporting
• Finding the best solutions in collaboration with our customers
• Work closely with our other departments (marketing, sales, tech, design) to further develop our product and automate processes

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have all or most of the following:

• Basic knowledge of finance
• Works well independently and in collaboration with others
• Passionate about creating good solutions for end users
• Is curious and willing to learn about new technology and knowledge
• Have a desire to be a central piece in a growing company! We still have a lot to establish in terms of processes and new services
• Lives in Oslo or the surrounding area
• Can communicate well in English
• Takes responsibility for your work tasks with good implementation skills
