Responsibilities

We are looking for responsible and ambitious people who can take on a major role in a new team as part of our operations department. This team will work closely with our international partners and focus on taking our financial reporting product out into the world.

• Assist our customers (everything from start-ups to large international listed companies) with financial reporting of incentive programs
• Become an expert on equity pay;
• Create and maintain good customer relations
• Finding the best solutions in collaboration with our customers
• Have a data-driven work day
• Work closely with out other departments (marketing, sales, tech and design) to further develop our product and automate processes

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who has all or most of the following:

• Basic knowledge of finance
• Works well independently and in collaboration with others
• Passionate about creating good solutions for end users
• Curious and willing to learn about new technology and knowledge
• Desire to be a central piece in a growing company! We still have a lot to establish in terms of processes and new services
• Lives in Oslo or the surrounding area
• Can communicate well in English
• Takes responsibility for work tasks with good implementation skills
